I am moving from a NX8+ to a X20S. I fly full house electric gliders, I don't need stabilization/gyro stuff just 7 channels and volts and altitude telemetry. ESC or motor temp would be a great plus. The radio has a 4in1, if possible I'd like to use my spektrum and lemon rx's with telemetry but I hear telemetry might not work.
What receiver is good for me?
Much appreciated!

I would skip the 4-in-1 and stick with the FrSky receivers.. I would look at either the Archer Plus GR8 or the TD R10. Both have built in Altimeters.

The Glider series of receivers would be a good choice however the GR8 is an older version which has some limitations. The receiver I would recommend is the GR8-Plus ( 8 PWM channels ) as this also has the ability to read your flight pack voltage up to 8S. The G series also has an altimeter for the normal glider announcements if you use them. The TD series of receiver operate on both 2.4 and 900 meg if you want super longer range.

Great Tx, I have one too, coming from openTx i found Ethos quite easy to use, much more intuitive than OpenTx. As other have said I'd stick with Frsky Tx's. Check out https://rc-soar.com/ for some excellent glider templates.
