Jumper T12 Pro - Help! Cannot scroll menus...

This will keep a very long story short. I have a Jumper T12 and a T12 Pro. Using Companion I successfully updated firmware and settings on the T12. By the same process I updated the T12 Pro, all appears well except I cannot scroll through the menus. After a considerable amount of time trying to fix, I have crashed against a wall - the Tx is useless. Bear in mind scrolling is via button switches, not rotary - I have good reason to believe this is not a hardware issue. Any ideas out there why menu scrolling is frozen? Thanks.

Sure you put the correct version of firmware onto the radio?

I know nothing of the Jumper radios in this regard..
