I had my first interaction with the new frsky-na in southern CA. My x20 (about 2 years old) had the throttle gimble go south. Nasty noise on the rudder when the throttle moved. Sent in for repair. I less than a week, I had my blue friend back. The whole affair was professional, fast and I am a satisfied customer. The tech that I delt with flys x20 . It made the whole thing even better.
It should be noted that aloft is no longer go to for NA repairs.
Go FRSKY.

The majority of time I read positive comments regarding FrSky. I am very happy with my X20S and have been acquiring all types of receivers for it.
I wonder what is going on with Aloft?

If the question is what is going on with FrSky at Aloft? The answer is we will have a shipment in very soon, maybe tomorrow.

We are no longer performing major repairs on FrSky gear. Now that FrSky has the Brea repair facility and FrSky radios are so rock solid these days we really did not see the need anymore. If you have small repairs or need help with firmware etc, we will continue to offer these services for our customers.

This change frees up my staff to focus on the new projects we have in the works. More and more we are designing and producing our own products at Aloft. Things like the Carbon Falcon for example.

We will continue to sell and Service FrSky, just no major repairs. We are the oldest FrSky dealer in the USA, they didn't offer a transmitter when we started offering FrSky, and we have always stood with them and helped to shape the FrSky line. We will continue to do so as best we can. It has been fun to watch them refine their art, and now they produce what I think are the best radios on the market regardless of price.
