I have lost my connection to my X20s.

I upgraded to 1.4.9 from 1.4.8 and now I don't get a connection.
I boot up and get Bootloader version 1.4.3 I then plug it into the USB port of my laptop while running Ethos Suite 1.4.9. It then says USB connected. However, it isn't. There are no X20s displayed on the left and there is no USB drive. It was all working when I was on 1.4.8. I am running Windows 10 with the latest updates.

Any suggestions or questions?

Turn the radio on not in boot loader mode then, Did you select Ethos Suite on your radio when prompted.

May be the typical USB drivers on PC game.

I use a Mac here at the office and Ethos used to work great, but lately it does not see the radio at all, so I have to use a different computer. I'm way to lazy to try and figure out what is going on with the Mac. (Usually the Mac is my go to for FrSky stuff.)

I have upgraded Ethos Suite versions to *.11 but nothing changed. To Henny: When I do as you suggest I get a Menu of Joystick, Ethos Suite, serial. I select Ethos Suite and immediately get the usb symbol in a Green circle in the middle of the screen. There is no USB Drive. I have to think I have a missing or damaged driver of some kind. I have also rebooted it many times.

Lost. Any more ideas?

Thanks.

Once you have the USB symbol , then launch the Ethos Suite and if its working it will ID your radio on the Ethos suite screen. You can then proceed to update firmware if Ethos identifies your firmware is out of date.
