So, if there is a user here that tends to get under your skin, here is how you can simply ignore their posts:
Find a posting from them, click on their name, a little menu pops up, and there is an IGNORE button. Click that and they will not longer be displayed.

If they are doing bad things, by all means click the "Report" box at the bottom of the post and moderators will be flagged to look things over.
