Horus X10S Express Radio problem with arming power

I have a Horus X10 Express. I tried to go flying today after a few months off and ran into a problem. I couldn't arm the motor. I'm using a Shellim template for 6 servo gliders where the motor is armed by the SH switch and the response was "motor to idle before cruise " which is normal when the throttle slider is not in the idle position. The throttle is operated using the LS on ch7. I went to the monitors page to view CH activity and noticed that all channels were working properly except CH 7 which had none. All was working fine last time I was out so am confused. Anyone have a suggestion?

The Shellim templet uses and switch and stick gestures to arm the motor. Read the pamphlet that came with the templet. Not seeing movement on CH7 is a good thing, as it means the safety built in the templet is working.

Normally, I lift the SH switch and hold until the radio says "motor armed. Now it just plays" motor to idle to arm." It never used to do that?

Ok, if you changed things, then go through the logic again step by step.

Might look for a trim setting value that is too high.

Yep, like Konrad said - check your work. Really nothing we can help you with on this one.
