Help With SR10 PRO!

I'm needing some advise on an issue I'm having or don't understand. I've change out my SX8 in my B-25 Mitchell to a SR10 PRO, I needed more channels. When I check the throws with Gyro on all service react but the left Aileron. Cut the Gyro off and Ailerons work find. Turn Gyro back on left Aileron doesn't work. Is it something I did wrong in my setup. I do have have few planes with SR10PRO and no issues with them. Also I'm using the FrSky X20S, Thank you for your help on this

What channel is aileron 2 on? There is a setting in the device setup for the aux channel, trying flipping it.
