Help Finding SBUS reciever for Frsky DJT

So I rushed and bought a DJT modul, I am using it in a Turnigy 9XR.

I am using a multicopter wirh a Diatone F4 mamba flight controller that supports SBUS.

I was thinking of buying the X8R reciever, can I pair it to the DJT and use SBUS???

dont care at the moment about telemetry or smart port.

Please help really overwhelming

Hmm, this is a trick question. I think the Sbus will still work when bound in D8 mode, but maybe not. I know the sensor support goes away in D8 mode, but think the Sbus still works.

Why a DJT module? An XJT module would have been the normal way to go.

The DJT telemetry transmitter module is a great choice if your transmiter is compatable with the JR modules.

Problem solved. The DJT is really obsolete, but some folks really like them, so pop it up in the classifieds and someone will buy it.

I would not even recommend a module at this point but rather a whole new entry level radio. The old 9XR is probably going to show its shortcomings soon enough.

I managed to sell the v8frII reciever, will buy a X8R to connect it over PPM. As I have a second drone I am building I will consider a newer RX TX combo once I get myself in the air
