Frsky X10S isrm dead after Ethos upgrade

After upgrading to latest FW with Ethos suite, I accidentally pulled out the usb cable before I had "dismanteled" it in windows. That resulted in the radio will not turn on in any way. There is no light in the power button. I even discovered, after a couple of days, that the battery was also dead, and the small BMS on the battery is not working ( the battery was at 75% when updating). I can read/write from STM32 CubeProgrammer with usb cable, but it will not power on. Anyone else had this issue?

Firstly if the battery is flat you will not be able to move past this point. The radio simply may have needed a power disconnection. So now, can you charge the 18650 in an external charger. And then address any other issues.
