FrSky m5253h not configurable

Hello,
My m5253h servo is no longer configurable.
Only pwm is working.
Other I can config. So my system is ok.
My question is it possible to reset to factory status?
Like to hear

Chances are you need to update to the newest RF firmware on your ethos radio. We ran into this a little while ago, and that cured things. But when you update the RF to version 3, you will also need to update all of the receivers to RF3. Frsky does not offer RF3 for the older Archer units, but does for the newer Archer Plus units.

This I already done just after 1.6.3 was launched so also my AP receivers.
From 6 servo,s I bought 2 pcs looks like soft bricked.
The other 4 M5253H servo,s are normal working.
Most probably vault ocured during test on AP SR12+ by faulty adress ID and appl ID
So my question are servo able to reset to factory status

I'm not aware of a reset, but if you bought them from us, please send them back and we will see if we can get them going, or we will replace them with a good pair.

Do you have RF3 installed on the radio and receivers? We did find this to solve issues for another customer using the Fbus features.

Unfortunutely not bought from your store.
I have contact with FrSky China hope this will solve the problem.
Your offer to replace them is very generous i whish bought them from Aloft Hobbies.
