Flaps with elevator comp

For my first Ethos model, an electric fullhouse sailplane I have flaps set up with a slight camber drop moving from "flaps up" then full down for landing. This is set up with a mix powered by switch B. What is the easiest way to get the elevator to give X% down trim for each flap movement? This is a basic set up on this plane with throttle still on the left stick.

I've tried a lot of youtubes but they are all different or overly complicated for my needs.

I appreciate it

Yuk - Flap-to-Elevator mix.

Since you are a sailplane, I'd hope you are using the 'butterfly' mix. In there is weight for the elevator compensation, you can set that to a set number, but a better method is to make this adjustable. I like to use the throttle trim for this. (Note if you are using throttle stick for a motor, then you want to turn the trim off for throttle when using the trim for your flap compensation) To do this, when on the weight for the elevator compensation, push and hold the enter button and a little menu pops up, you can use that to set the throttle trim to be the source for this weight. I like the throttle trim as it is in the same direction as the elevator trim. (If you notice the trim is going backwards, go back into the little hidden menu and there will be a new menu that allows you to invert the output, yes a hidden, hidden menu.)

Hope this helps. Any more and I'll have to do a little video for you.
