Have an AVIOS Albatross airplane, so ethos Tandem 18X, 2 motors with reverse esc and differential thrust how to program?

Two motors is easy, what do you mean by reverse ESC, do you want to reverse the props in flight or just control them for the thrust.
 
I assume you are wanting to set this up for water taxing?
