erskyTX for QX7-Access - Jumbled Voice Files

My QX7S - ACCESS TX is running release version 223 of erskyTX for QX7-Access. I have downloaded the latest SD card files and everything appears to be running ok on ACCESS 2.1 FW. When I scroll through the audio files to set up a voice alert I find that nothing has sorted alphabetically. The files are all scrambled and it is a real pain in the butt trying to find the desired file. I have the identical SD card contents on my old QX7 running the same release version for that TX and the voice files are nicely arranged in alphabetical order. It appears something is going wrong in the loading department. I can create a workaround by removing everything I do not use - which is around 95% of the files. But I bet two knobs of goat pooh that the day after I do that I will need to go looking for a file that has been removed.
Hopefully MikeB might have a solution.

The filenames are displayed in the order they are stored in the SD directory. So the order is dependent on the order in which they are written to the SD card, which is likely to depend on the computer OS!
Did you copy the files with the SD card in the Tx or the computer? Deleting all the files from the SD card directory and copying them again may get them to display in alphabetical order.

Thanks for prompt reply Mike.
I had no success installing the voice files from the downloaded SD Card Contents file. I compared my old QX7 SD card with my new one and could detect no difference in the appearance of the voice files. I tried my old card in the Access TX and the voice files stacked correctly in alphabetical order.
I ended up copying my old card to the new one and replacing the firmwares and everything is now looking as it should.

FYI - I was copying and preparing the card layout on my computer. I have not tried using usb via boot loader. If the problem arrises again I will try that.

Open-TX has an adjustable battery range menu on the TX setup menu just below the time/date setting. I cannot find a similar menu anywhere in erSkyTX - apart from the calibration/adjuster option in the diag.ana menu. Am I missing something or is it simply not required?
