Editing Airplanes in Ethos Suite?

Ethos suite is growing, there are a number of functions presently possible such as updating the software in your radios backing up your models editing sound files and image files etc. The future is coming.
The later versions of Ethos Suite seem to have a section where the place for this has been stubbed out - for future work. I asked about this over on RC Groups, and the main thread guru stated that there had been intent to bring it out last fall, but other needs took priority, so it has been pushed out to later this year sometime. No clue as to how comprehensive, or not, the first forays will be.
It is the main reason I have not gotten a new Ethos radio. Just too spoiled by OpenTX/EdgeTX Companion. It looks like my X10S-E has reached the end of life for Ethos development, so unlikely I can use it to evaluate any future Suite capabilities. I'll have to depend on the reviews of others, and hope that whatever initially comes out is good enough to induce me to buy a new system.
