Dualsky FS120 stabilizer - poor aileron response

I just bought this stabilizer from Aloft and set it up correctly (I think). I get good response on elevator and rudder corrections, but aileron corrections are very, very small, even when I turned the gain on the stabilizer all the way up. My Tx input, mixer, and output settings are all at 100%.
Has anybody seen this problem? Any suggestions?
FYI, I've used the Dualsky FC151 on numerous models, all with no issues.

Interesting. And you have good aileron throw via the radio?

Yes, correct - very good aileron throw on the radio when the stabilizer is turned off.
