I heard on the radio yesterday SF is considering taxing homeowners with driveways for the entrance easement. You know the dip in the curb, so you can drive up to your own property. The SF Chronicle called it "novel and inventive".

Yeah I don't have those either...dirt roads and all. Next investment is a tractor with a box scraper for road maintenance and keeping the weeds down in the back 40.

I might have a solution for you. I bought a 55 Ford with front end loader and box. My neighbor has since offered me his old Case tractor for a good deal. If I can get that one up and running the Ford will be available.
