Digital Servo Question

I just purchased some of the corona micro digital servos and installed 2 of 3 purchased in my latest build as flap servos. I set them up to run together with a Y cord into one channel on my transmitter. the problem is one servo moves about 45 deg. before the other even starts to move. Is this a characteristic of digital? I have never purchase digital servos before. thanks for any help.

Craig

Check your power supply (Vss), digital servos put a huge demand of the power supply. The battery/BEC might not be able to start both servos at the same time.

I will check the battery voltage I am using. It is one of Aloft's 6v Nimh packs. Thanks Konrad.

Check under load. But 2 servos off a 6v 1300 mAh shouldn't be a problem with a battery in good condition.
Looks like one of the three servo's I purchased is running a little slower. When I put the other of the three servos in the wing it work in unison with the other no problem other than they are rather noisy servos but cool looking and torquey little guys. Not sure if I will use the slow running one anytime soon.

Graig, Many of us use a servo tester to burn in our new servos. Many servos that will fail will fail with in the first 5 minutes of being run. I look for this infant mortality on the bench rather that in the air.

I recommend you get one of these.

We need to find a new source for a cheap servo tester, can't get those little guys anymore. :(

I dont think I know what the servo tester looks like. I have a servo driver I use all the time testing my servos and throughs etc. Thank you guys for the feedback.
