DFU driver

I have an X14 radio and am trying to update it on a windows 10 pc. When I plug the radio in it’s not recognized and need a DFU driver. There is a tab on the ethos suite says DFU flasher. I don’t know what this is but when I open it it says make sure DFU driver is installed on pc. Next to it it says visit GitHub to download the boot loader for your radio, the connect switched off radio go to DFU flasher select the boot loader .frsk you downloaded and click flash. I don’t know if this is necessary is needed or what it is.
There is also a tab on ethos suite says download center. When I go to this and select x14 radio it comes up and there is a box saying product assets with varios zip files that say flash or download. No idea what this is or if it’s relevant to getting the radio to connect to ethos.
If I just go to the GitHub website I have tried searching for a DFU driver and can’t find what I need.
I’ve spent hours trying to get this to work, internet searches, you tube videos and am beyond frustrated. Can someone tell me step by step how to get a DFU driver or whatever I need to update my radio on the ethos suite. Any help would be appreciated. At this point Im ready to get rid of this thing.
