Custom motor mounts and more..

Hey all - A while back we upgraded some of our equipment so we can offer higher quality spinners. The new machine also allows us to print some very impressive high temp engineered plastics. These materials offer insane strength, print very nicely, and very high temperature resistance. Great for many applications for the hobby.

By the time this plastic is hot enough to deform, smoke is coming from the ESC and motor! (260C or 500F)

If you have a custom motor mount needed, let us know the diameter & bolt pattern and we can whip it up for you.

You will see other applications popping up on our site. First up will be higher powered "motor in spinner" applications. A solution for RES gliders that offers very high thrust with very budget friendly pricing. This will probably be followed by a small hotliner setup.

I just printed custom flap and aileron horns for a project.

I am currently building a 2M YellowJacket. Would love to see what option you might have in a motor in spinner instead of the specified rear mount motor.

Not a problem. What is the spinner size for the 2 meter? I recall it was larger than 30.

We will need that dimension.

I just ordered up the motors that this will be using. So you have a few weeks. LOL

Yes. Just starting the wings. The specified motor is a 2826 so that is why the large spinner. But with the motor in the spinner leaving an empty motor compartment I guess it could be sanded down.
