Counterfeit FrSky receivers - again

Just a heads up there are some scumbags out there trying to make a quick buck off you:

I'll summarize here.

A customer sent Jan (CZ FrSky dealer) a receiver purchased at a bazaar for analysis. Packed in a blister with a yellow paper background and even said that there was a seal. In recent years, FrSky has been distributing receivers in anti static zip bags. It wouldn't matter that someone finds an old stock, but the receiver was working poorly, specifically on channel 8 the servo was sloshing. I didn't even have to connect an oscilloscope, when I checked the exterior, I was suspicious of the receiver.
The servo was really jerky, even a firmware update didn't help. Pairing took longer than it should have, probably a frequency shift, but I stopped caring about wasting time investigating and started comparing.
Let's see how to recognize a fake.

Original above, fake below

Antennas, relatively easy, the logo is tight and you can see how the through-wires have large pads (rings)

Box, stickers are original, one sticker around the box

A completely different type of crystal:

Different housing of CC2500 and regulator:

The counterfeit did not have a powered connector.

The original has all the connections beautifully soldered.

It is best to buy from known sources - Aloft has been selling FrSky longer than nearly anyone, we do not sell clones and we do not sell junk.
