Is the Corona servo DS-239HV programmable using the Corona servo programmer?

No, Per the manual it is only for S-Bus servos. Today most servo programing is done through the TX. What specific in the servo's operational parameters do you want to change? I use the Corona programer only to assign the S-Bus servo identifier (Not applicable to your servo). All other parameters are adjusted on the plane through the TX. As I recall the programing feature are limited in the programmer.

I would not hold my breath that their programmer can do anything useful other than work with the Sbus servos. Like Konrad said, these days a servo programmer just is not needed, we do it all in the radios.

I just realized that there might be a need for this. I'm thinking of junk like the many foam ARFs (BNF etc.) from vendors like MotionRC. I see where a lot of the models use Y connectors rather than bringing the servo lead to the RX. In the case of a Y'd flap, there might be a need for servos programed to respond opposite to each other.

I know the correct solution is to get rid of the Y harness and expand the RX to use all 16+ channels. But many (most) low end radios can't expand the RX capacity.
