Very good points - And we still need to update our build manual for the new parts. We will show the CG on them also! I think 155mm for the CG is the magic spot. Maybe a bit more nose heavy for the first flight.

Set mine up per instructions in static mode but she comes out tail heavy. Added some nose weight to balance using the two little knobs.
Gave her a glide test as shown in videos and she immediately nose dived, did not glide one foot ! Took out the extra nose weight and tried again --same result'
Did not try anymore as I do not have long grass and a few more nose dives and something will break.

Any thoughts ?

Do you have the wing tips set to the correct height per the manual? This is very important.

It is not uncommon to need some nose weight. I slide my battery as far forward, and I have a few grams of nose weight.
