Yep, cordless dremel is all I use anymore.

After seeing 2 or 3 combat planes with ripped out pushrods I'm thinking of burying the rods in my next build. But my super light rods have never taken damage after many many years of combat. Sometimes lighter and smaller is better.

The one good combat hit that I took made a complete U shape out of the stock BamBam control rod. I've never seen that before. Also broke the servo control horn at the base. It took me 30 min to locate one in @thenated0g pile of servo hardware. had to retrim but the Bam Bam is an absolute killer plane. Probably my favorite wing ever. If you haven't flown one or bugged @Wayne about getting one yet then do it asap. on Sunday as we were packing up camp Wayne found a BamBam kit that was supposed to go for the raffle but got forgotten. He yelled out "Does anyone want a BamBam?" probably half a dozen people from all over the camp ground yelled "I do" instantly was hilarious. Such a good plane!

We just sold the last one the other night. We are working on the next batch, and these will be fully released and added to the site this time.

Dang EPP is getting spendy. We will be buying a lot very soon and will be offering them shippable blocks for our customers. Its hard to find good EPP for a fair price anymore.

That's a good point. I would totally recommend larger/full size servos in the BamBam. The hit I took would probably destroy a lighter weight servo. What size servo did you use @thenated0g building our models?

The vertical was completely ripped out as well in my crash. I just took out the deck screw that was used to hold it in place and put in the included replacement fin.
