Here is another 3D printed plane I'll be bringing. The Roughgen.
I was able to fly it this last weekend in cruddy conditions. Looking forward to seeing how she flies in clean lift. Need to add some stripes or something. Think I will have 5 3D printed planes this year. LOL They will be a pain to transport as most of them are stupid fragile.
Ninja Clone will be my "vintage" plane this year:
My Strombird will be my composite (love that plane). And probably a Gremlin and my 60" Machii. Mega SST, and maybe my f-SST flying wings. If I am able to do a rebuild, I might be able to get my old Slope Monkey back into the air. Oh yeah, and got to bring my prototype Mini Q!! If I have room then I can add the Slow Stick glider, Zulu and Speedy. Dang the pile keeps growing. Oh crud, I HAVE to bring the Sera Sailing too! I have some work to do!
I got the 48" Birdworks Zipper from your 'pile' picture. It's the one with diagonal red stripe, next to the box. Unfortunately its a project for 2023 Sunset...
To do it right I would have to glass the fuse/wing saddle, but have a few project to finish before I can start the reconstruction of the saddle area. ONLY 4 WEEKENDS LEFT !
@Wayne the radio is what I noticed FIRST! We have both, standard Aquila and the Grande. Both are great fliers, as you know. Used to fly them on high starts. Now it's slope only.
Here are a couple of pictures of our standard to wet your appetite and the Grande flying at Coyote by 'little' Alex. R/S was converted over to DSM2/DSMX by Jay Mendoza...
