Bluetooth on X20S not able to connect

Hi I have tried a lot connecting to several thing Android(8) phone with Free Link v 3.025 and it seams the transmitter is not supported. I have tried setting up Trainer via Bluetooth X20S as master and my open TX Qx7S. I have tried connecting directly to my android(8) phone, I tried connecting thru the Telemetri Viewer... And I cant get any of it to work the Trainer works fine Thru Jack cable.

Is there anyone who can help me eater with solution or info on what should be possible?

As I understand it the Bluetooth audio is intended to connect to Bluetooth headphones of ear buds, and not to any Bluetooth device. Also not sure if its fully finished as a function.

Hi Henny that was what I thought, but on the Githup fora i god told that I must do something wrong and it was a question for a user forum so maybe here is one who knows haw to set up the trainer wireless between X20S and QX7S? as the first.

I have Bluetooth hearing aids and I have paired the transmitter to them, so I know it works well enough to do that.

Silly question, but did you goto settings/wireless and set the bluetooth mode? By default I think it is turned off. This is pretty common with FrSky, the leave it off by default so we are not outputting more 2.4 stuff then needed.

Yes I have tried that and I can connect to the freekink but x20s is not chosable in the free link. And I still haven't been able to connect just to a phone.

Have you confirmed your transmitter has the X20S firmware (vice X20)? My X20S transmitter was shipped with the X20 firmware. Once I updated the transmitter to the correct version, I was able to select Bluetooth.

Hi yes it´s x20s Firmware and I can connect the Freelink by blue tooth but not just the phone. The phone doesn´t seem to be able to locate the bluetooth from the X20S as I can on my open TX Qx7s.. The reason is that I am trying to get Telemetri Data out as a dataform I can import into skynaviator as GPS code.

I'm not sure the blue tooth is a universal interface connection. I think its intended to connect to wireless headphones.

OK Thanks. It looks like I can only hope that the Ethos code people will take this up and think this is an option that's needed on there Flagship X20S..
