BitMap size for Tandem XE

I am enjoying my Tandem XE, learning from the manual, videos and posts. Somewhere I read that the recommended BitMap size for it was 300 x 300. Is this correct? I have been using the Ethos BitMap generator which does not list the Tandem XE and have been adjusting the map size. The map fits the default lower screen fine. My question is somewhat directed towards adjusting the map size for some of the alternate screen sizes available. Does anyone have some insight into doing this?

According to the specs here: https://www.frsky-rc.com/product/tandem-xe/ the lower screen is 800x480 and the upper screen is 320x240. As to the sub-sizes, sorry, I can't help with those.
