Is it possible to design the Bird Of Time's iconic wing using WingHelper?

That I do not know but here is mine

It can do it. You need to play with the Planform screen. I suggest just playing with this feature first and when you have figured out how to get to the shape you want, then finally go for the actual wing design.

OK, I figured out how to get the basic shape of the Bird-Of-Time wing.

Now, is there a way to add shaped wing tips? Or will I have to do that in a CAD program?

You can cheat it with another wing section for the wing tip, but probably better to do that in CAD. You can add curves to the leading and trailing edges in Wing Helper. Go to the planform page to adjust the points. It is a good idea to make up a drawing of the curves you want and then import that into the background of the planform page.
