binding Hitec Minima compatible 4CH Receiver

I purchased a Hitec Minima compatible 4CH Receiver and misplaced the instructions. I need to rebind the RX to my A9. I looked on the forum for manuals/instructions but didn't find them. Would somebody please enlighten me on the correct procedure.

I do have the TX in the correct bind mode. it's the RX I not sure about.

Thank you Konrad. I apologize for the delayed response. Actually I kind of forgot about this post as the REAL reason the RX would not bind is some dummy was using an almost dead battery..... I won't mention any names though. hahaha
