Archer Sr10 plus/ Tandem X20 S stabilization issues

Bought 2 Archer sr10 plus rx from Aloft 2 weeks ago. Set rx1 (hw1.2.0 fw 1.0.10)up; works ok but elevator 2 (channel 6) doent stabilize. Rx 2. Tried to Set up stabilization . Now it won't open stabilization to do reversing etc. Touch enable; just returns to off. Tried factory reset. X20S Transmitter 1.5.6.
Rx2 hw 1.2.0 fw: 1.0.11.
Eventually i plan to move my models currently on this tx (above) to the X20R 1.5.9 i also purchased w rx's from Aloft .

The stabilized receivers can put up a fight. But if you have tried everything, please feel free to contact us and we will get you a return shipping label and we can either issue a refund or a replacement. We will probably attempt to get it working on our end, but the above options are still valid for you.

Thanks for the reply. Ok. I updated both X20S & X20R to 1.6.3 per utube video by jose dated. 2 weeks ago. Rx. To 3.0 Thought this would solve it. Now rx 1 wont enable/open stabilization either. Tried to transfer models/ sounds from X20S etc to X20R. Computer shows them as being on the X20R but are not showing up on tx. Nothing. Never have got elevator 2 (or aileron 5)channel 6 to function as stabilized either on Archer sr10 plus.
When i touch stabilization 'on' it just reverts to off.

Also the only rx listed in device configuration is a sxr 6; which we didn't select. We loaded the archer sr10plus & TD rx but dont show up on X20R.
