applying special functions to slider switch

I am trying to apply special functions play track- flaps up and- flaps down on my right slider without success, can not get RS to come up ! Any suggestions?

Radio is Tarranis 9XD plus SE running running firmware version 2.3.11

You need to use a logical switch to define where you want the threshold to be.
