Aileron Differential

I'm currently trying to program aileron differential into my X20 "Sailplane". I use one aileron differential for cruise, thermal and speed but a different one for launch. I have the cruise, thermal and speed differential setup and the active mode selected for the flight modes that I want to use it in. But I cannot figure out how to add a different amount of differential for the launch mode. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Hmm, I'm not sure on this, but you might need to have a second mix to do this? Basically turn off the first aileron mix when launch mix is active.

That's sort of what I was thinking. Another Ail > Ail mix with the differential active only in the launch mode and in the first Ail > Ail mix all other flight modes active except the launch mode. I was hoping to get it all done with just one Ail > Ail mix but if it takes two so be it.

Depending on the firmware version you are running, but my understanding is a good way to achieve this is to use "VARS".
You assign a VAR as the value for the differential, then configure the VAR to have the required values for the different flight modes.
