0.49 gas conversion

I have an old 0.49 gas engine and want to convert to electric. Anybody know what motor and speed controller I should use?

A little more information about the airframe will help us. But a small outrunner and cheap ESC will easily replace the 049.

you are in the ballpark of what a "300" brushless motor can do.
Also look for 25 gram motors with Kv in the range {1000 to 1400} RPM/V
for current, consider about 12A max, 80 W
